If someone doesn't know what "Dzharylgach" means, I will explain . It is an island, which is located in 7 kilometers from  Skadovsk, the town where I live. It is a place almost untouched by civilization. Beautiful sandy beaches, the  rustle of the sea, the opportunity to be alone or spend time with friends, lie on the sand near the sea or in the sea.It is possible to cross the island by car, arriving at  open sea, or walk across it about three kilometers, feeling yourself as a tough traveler. You can go along Dzharylgach, beginning your trip, for example, from Lazurnoje and spending hike for a few days, because the length of island is 40 kilometers. I would like to overcome this way and if someone else has such a desire, let's go together.

On the island you can see the animals which on the shore you will not meet. I watched there horses, deer, once saw the pig. At night the raccoons come to the watering hole nearby the lighthouse. People admire, when in the morning they see a couple of dolphins grandly floats in the district of lighthouses along the shores, and in the evening they swim back to their Dolphin cases.

.As for me, I get a lot of pleasure swimming in a  mask and fins along the spit  and searching  shellfish. Oh, the hunting passion wakes up in such moments!

Everyone who was on Dzharylgach at least once, definitely has   interesting stories about staying there. I recalled a case: my family had a rest on the coast Dzharylgach. Early in the morning I got up to see the sunrise. I walked along the edge of land and wondered why the sun did not rise so long. At some point I looked around, and saw: the sun had risen above the horizon in the opposite side. I mixed East and West.
